Gideon's One Year Rescue Anniversary!!

Yesterday marked the one year anniversary of Gideon's rescue. It was a great reunion with Gideon, his new family, Dr. Wheaton and all of the staff and Alicia Pet Care Center. Gideon is a complete lover boy! He smiles and wags and demands love from all! He looks great and wears his "badge of courage" well. He has a lot of new fur and some scars but we love the way he looks!! This boy is the image of courage, determination and will. I know that when my days seem rough, I think of Gideon and how strong he was to get through so much! Keep Gideon in your thoughts as he enters his second year of his new life!

i love this incredible story amd was fortunate to meet Gideon, Toby, and his new wonderful parents at last year's animal show at Or. Co. fairgrounds.
what a joy it was for me!
everyone did such a great job in his rehabilitation that i'm amazed. there are wonderful people in this world and it's amazing how fortunate Gideon is to have found such an incredible mom and dad.
the care he received from all at the animal hospital is more than we all could have hoped for.
i could not have donated to a better cause...from, Terry Shaffer (one of Gideon's fans). God Bless everyone...especially Gideon!

You should check out this new web-based animal reality show called Animal Movers. It is about a pet transportation company that moves animals all around the world. They move many different types of animals. The last episode was about moving a German Shepherd to Italy. It was very interesting and family friendly. You can find it at www.animalmovers.tv

I know his original owners. I know what happened that caused him to be injured. I've followed the story for years.
