Gideon is an amazing survivor! He is a one year old white German Shepherd who came to us with the worst degloving injury we or our vet team had ever seen. Gideon is maybe half way through the recovery process and amazes us every day with his silly nature and his polar bear smile! We could not have saved Gideon without the help and skillful work of Dr. Wheaton and all of the staff at Alicia Pet Care Center.

Geeze, what a wonder dog! He makes me feel bad with my aches and pains today! I wish I had his strength! He is in our prayers...
He is such a handsome boy! We will continue to donate every paycheck we get. We would love to be considered for his forever home!
Hi Bogey's Mama....Email me and we can chat about possibly being his forever home. He is going to make someone very happy!
A check to help with his veterinary treatment is on the way.
I gasped when I saw his pictures. It's unbelieveable that he lived and truly he does have a very fitting name.
Our family had a German Shepherd growing up. Shep wasn't a dog--he was our brother! We cried for weeks after he died at nearly 13 years old when his poor, worn-out body just started to shut down.
People all over the world love animals and I'm sure as news spreads, more donations will come in. It wouldn't matter if I was living on the street--I'd panhandle to get a few bucks to send off to you!
He deserves to overcome all his hardships and be adopted by someone who will adore him always.
Gideon, you are loved so keep fighting to heal. God bless you sweet Boy!

Gideon is really something! If I can spare some more money, I'll donate again. I'm self-employed right now, and as everyone knows, times are tough.
I had a couple of German Shepherds while growing up, and they were both such sweethearts.
My pug Irwin and I are sending love, prayers, and hugs to Gideon every day.
